Another day, another dollar.........

.........another week, another ear infection, or make that 4! Both babies have double ear infections. Apparently the fluid didn't clear out from their last one and keeps getting reinfected. This is Hutch's 2nd bout and Anniston's 3rd. If she gets one more she "earns" tubes. The only good thing is that they are not contagious. Hutch is feeling better and Anniston isn't feeling her best, but she is on the road to recovery. We are gonna go see Dr. Gil ASAP and see if he can work his magic with chiropractic care. Think whatever you want, but I (and my mom) have had remarkable results with spinal adjustments and chiropractic treatments. I hadn't even thought of this form of treatment, but my wonderful friend suggested it to me and I am SOOO glad she did!!!! If we can avoid tubes that would be wonderful, as the anesthesia and procedure are not things I want my babies to have to endure if they don't have to.

Uncle Brent and Sarah came over this past week. Hutch & Anniston both wanted Uncle Brent to hold them at the same time. Neither one wants to be left out EVER!
We love Uncle Brent!

Last Sunday Brandon opened the driver's side door on my car and the handle fell off! Yep, the door handle was lying on the ground. To get in we had to open the passenger side door, lean over, and push open the driver door. Then get out and go around to get in. Pretty embarrassing in public and annoying too! I dropped the car off this morning and then we went to Gigi's while it was getting fixed. We took a nap, babies got baths in Gigi's sink, and then we ate at Cracker Barrell. I'm sorry to the clean up staff there, and at every restaurant we've been to since they started eating table food. They must think dogs live at restaurants b/c they throw food down like there is something there to eat it (that's how it is at home with our neglected, starving dog Minnie).  Here are some adorable pics from their sink baths. I think they liked it!

  1. Oh Kelly I just started going to Dr. Gil also! I was suffereing from migraines that would start in my neck and shoulders and would progress and kept getting worse. The results have been amazing...i haven't had a headache/migraine in 3 weeks and that is very unusual!! HOpe your babies get better and he can work some magic on them! O and don't you just love baths in the sink! They are so much easier and better on mommy and daddy's back! :)
