Disneyworld
Well, we went again. Can't stay away. It really is magical, especially to an almost 3 year old. Really, it is. Everything about it. It brings me so much joy to see my children enjoy something so much. There was lots of dancing, running around, screaming, squealing, laughing, and smiling these past few days as Hutch and Anniston saw, met, ate with, and rode the rides of their favorite characters.
Anniston's favorite ride is "It's a Small World" or "Babies" according to her. Hutch couldn't decide if he liked Buzz ride or Pirates better. And they both really like the Pooh ride. My mom broke her foot a few weeks before the trip so she rented a Gogo - haha! BUT we got to the front of almost every line so it was worth it.
And except for Hutch pulling the fire alarm in the Buzz ride, falling off the bus and having to fill out an incident report (he didn't even get a scrape or cry - it was NOTHING, but the bus driver MADE me do it), having to have someone literally fish Anniston's toy out of a fish tank (Hutch threw it in), and the security Nazi at the airport making me wake up my sleeping boy so he could walk through the stupid archway thing (I may have sorta gone off on her since he could have slept TWO more hours), we had a great trip. Remind me of this tomorrow when they are still in rotten moods from not getting enough sleep for the past few days.....

So glad to read this! We have been debating taking the kids and everyone, and I mean everyone, tells us to wait until they are 5. I know they would love it and so want to go, and this helps validate my thoughts that it would be worth the hassle!
ReplyDeleteWhat?!?! 5?!?! 3 is such a special time to go!! TOTALLY worth it in every way!! They actually ask me EVERY single day when we are going again :)
